What does shipping cost?

What does shipping cost? The shipping costs depend on the size of the artwork and the country to which the artwork is to be shipped. Customs charges may apply if the artwork is being sent to a country outside the European Union. You must bear the customs costs. 

How can I pay at Panettarium.art? 

You can pay with Klarna and PayPal. With PayPal you also have the option of paying by direct debit or credit card (without your own PayPal account). And you can order in advance if you prefer to pay by bank transfer. 

Checkout with Klarna 

We offer you payment via Klarna as an alternative to PayPal. As with PayPal, Klarna offers various payment options. We must explicitly point out the following here: 

  • With Klarna Checkout, you can complete your order particularly quickly and easily - without additional registration. 
  • You can either pay conveniently by invoice or select an alternative payment method within 30 minutes of placing your order. This option is limited to the payment methods within Klarna Checkout, i.e. the payment methods purchase on account, hire purchase, credit card, direct debit and instant bank transfer. 
  • If you are using Klarna Checkout for the first time, you may not be able to select your desired payment method. However, you can always pay by credit card or instant bank transfer. 
  • If you have any questions about Klarna Checkout (payment process) or an existing Klarna payment, you are welcome to contact our friendly colleagues in the Klarna support team. What if I want to return the purchased item? 

If you do not like an item, you can return it within 14 days of receiving your purchase. Please note that you will have to pay the shipping costs for the return (insured shipping with tracking) yourself. All details can be found in the cancellation policy, to which you are legally entitled as a consumer in Germany. 

Please also ensure that the goods survive the transport undamaged. The purchase price for damaged artworks cannot be refunded.
