Return Policy

Returning items or entire purchases:

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If this is not the case, you can return the purchased products within 14 days of receipt - this is your right of cancellation if you live and order in Germany. You can find out more about the cancellation conditions here.

Returning purchased artwork - this is how it works: 

• To return one or more items from an order, pack the artwork securely and fill out the return slip enclosed with the parcel. This will enable us to check that the item has been returned correctly and refund the purchase price when we receive the parcel. 
• Send the parcel back insured with tracking and tracing (e.g. DHL Paket, Hermes or similar) to:

• Attention: Without a return label in the parcel, we cannot assign the shipment and cannot refund any money!

All returned artworks will be put back on sale. We do not dispose of any goods that are still in perfect condition.
